The personal data collected via this form is sent to MVO Portugal by email and will be processed electronically by “MVO Portugal – Associação Portuguesa de Verificação de Medicamentos" (Portuguese Medicines Verification Association), NIPC 514456507, with headquarters at Avenida Dom Vasco da Gama 34, 1400-128 Lisbon, for the purpose of managing the National Medicines Verification System. All legislation in force for the processing of personal data is complied with by MVO Portugal and scrutinized by the audit tools to which we are subject.
